Overview

The Executive Locker Room Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a world‑class clean environment for the members and guests of the Spa and PRO Club Men’s Locker Room. The role includes full‑range service to members and guests, cleanliness, optimal operations, food and beverage components, completing assigned duties, and working as part of a team.

Essential Job Functions
  • Maintain a show‑ready, clean, and organized space at all times.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure standards exceed expectations.
  • Lead by example in cleanliness and support associates in meeting task goals.
  • Assist training new hires on all executive and spa locker room procedures.
  • Assist members with requests, scheduling, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Greets all Executive members/guests by name, when possible, while performing duties.
  • Accommodate and anticipate all Executive members/guests’ requests expediently, courteously and in a gracious manner.
  • Handle Executive member/guest complaints by acknowledging the problem and informing the supervisor or Assistant Manager of Guest Services when necessary.
  • Welcome all members to the Men’s Executive Locker Room and male guests to the Spa Locker Room.
  • Provide Executive Locker Room tours of space and amenities and assist with locker rentals.
  • Assist members/guests in ordering food and beverage.
  • Monitor the Men’s Locker Room for electronic devices and communicate with members why these are not allowed in locker room spaces.
  • Continuously circulate through assigned areas to pick up glass, dishware, trash, magazines, and deposit towels, robes, slippers in appropriate laundry drop.
  • Assist with laundry duties.
  • Follow Washington State guidelines for disinfecting and cleaning for all necessary items.
  • Empty trash/recycle receptacles as needed.
  • Notify Supervisor/Manager of all maintenance needs.
  • Perform extensive cleaning (a detailed list of tasks will be provided at training).
Other Duties

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Minimum Knowledge
  • English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of chemical products and their proper usage.
  • Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of spot cleaning carpet and upholstery.
  • Knowledge of floor tile cleaning.
  • Knowledge of spa, medical spa, and salon services, procedures, and schedules.
  • Knowledge of laundering procedures and schedules.
  • Knowledge of all menu items including food ingredients, preparation, and beverages.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food handling safety guidelines.
  • Knowledge of other departments in the club.
Minimum Skills
  • Exceptional guest service.
  • Attention to detail and cleaning procedures.
  • Hand/eye coordination.
  • Multitasking and organization.
  • Carrying serving trays of food and beverages.
Education And Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in housekeeping and hospitality industry.
  • Current state food handlers permit and alcohol service permit.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Current CPR certification (Red Cross or American Heart Association).
Working Conditions /

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit; stand; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasionally required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell. Must lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision required: close, distance, and ability to adjust focus. Noise level usually moderate.

Estimated Base Pay Range

$18 - $20 per hour.
