The Inter Continental Bellevue at The Avenue is a sophisticated addition to Pyramid Global Hospitality. It is located in the heart of Avenue Bellevue, a premier lifestyle destination. The property features 208 guest rooms and 11,756 sq. ft. of refined meeting and event spaces, including a 900 sq. ft. outdoor terrace.

• Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, assist guests entering and leaving the property, inform guests of amenities and local areas.
• Explain room features and transport luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Assist with luggage loading, unloading, storage, and retrieval.
• Provide directions and arrange transportation (taxi, shuttle, ride‑share services).

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Team‑work skills.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and move between valet lot and hotel areas.
• Strong desire to impact others.
• Outgoing, engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays.
