Hyatt Regency Bellevue is one of the largest and most highly regarded full-service hotels on Seattle’s Eastside. The Assistant Director of Operations is a key member of the hotel’s operations leadership team, with primary responsibility for supporting Rooms Operations and eager to grow, learn and expand on their Food and Beverage acumen. This position reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Rooms Operations leadership team to support Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations and as well our breakfast restaurant, Eques.

Although this position will not directly manage each of these departments, the Assistant Director of Operations will provide active operational support, leadership presence, coaching, problem-solving, and accountability in partnership with the leaders of those areas. The role also partners closely with Security, Valet Parking, Door, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Events, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

The Assistant Director of Operations will serve as a visible, hands-on leader who supports daily hotel operations, guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, financial performance, and Hyatt brand standards. This role will participate in the Manager on Duty program and help ensure that the hotel consistently delivers the exacting standards expected of one of the best-regarded hotels in the Seattle market.
