The ideal candidate has strong analytical and Excel skills, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to communicate clear insights. The role helps manage learning and performance management processes, maintains data integrity across HR systems, and supports strategic reporting for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.

What You’ll Do
  • Data & Reporting (Organizational Planning)
    • Pull, organize, and analyze HR and talent data to support enterprise reporting and workforce planning.
    • Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports for leadership, including metrics on headcount, turnover, performance, and learning participation.
    • Audit and reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Transform complex data into concise summaries tailored for executive, departmental, and HR audiences.
    • Support the coordination and documentation of strategic planning efforts and related HR projects.
  • Performance Management Support
    • Support the annual performance management process, including goal and metric tracking, data entry, auditing, and reporting.
    • Maintain data integrity within the performance management system and assist employees and supervisors with updates or troubleshooting.
    • Monitor progress against performance goals and prepare summary reports for leadership review.
  • Learning & Development Support
    • Administer DEA’s Learning Management System (Litmos), including course creation, enrollments, and reporting.
    • Track training completions and engagement metrics; identify and communicate trends to HR leadership.
    • Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and communications teams to support enterprise‑wide training programs and rollouts.
    • Assist in developing communication materials for learning initiatives, including email announcements and intranet updates.
  • Cross‑Functional HR & Program Support
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and departmental leaders to align data, reporting, and processes.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts for HR programs and systems related to learning, performance, and organizational planning.
    • Provide administrative and analytical support for HR initiatives, surveys, and strategic projects.
What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data clearly for multiple audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
