About the RoleWe’re seeking a Full-Stack Web Engineer to help build and scale the core systems powering News Break’s advertising and data platform
. You’ll work on critical components that enable user signal collection, event processing, campaign management, and advertiser insights. Your contributions will drive smarter targeting, stronger measurement, and sustainable revenue growth across our first-party ad ecosystem.
- Build and enhance infrastructure for web signal and event collection, including pixel tracking, postback APIs, and third-party data integrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack systems supporting ad creation, campaign management, and performance analytics within our advertising platform.
- Ensure data reliability, scalability, and privacy compliance across all web tracking and advertiser workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and infra teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Continuously improve system performance, usability, and developer experience through thoughtful architecture and tooling.
Required:
- 3–7 years of experience in full-stack web engineering (ideally in ad-tech, marketing-tech, analytics or a related domain).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CI/CD, containerization or serverless architectures.
- Solid SQL knowledge and working familiarity with event-driven pipelines or message queues (Kafka, Pub Sub, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to partner with PMs, analysts, growth, infra and data teams.
Preferred:
- Previous ad-tech or martech experience: building or operating pixel/post-back systems, attribution pipelines, 3rd-party integrations.
- Experience with self-serve advertiser platforms, campaign/U/I flows, creative-management, reporting/dashboarding.
- Familiarity with data-visualization technologies and building interactive dashboards in a production U/I.
- Comfortable in a high-velocity environment with evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At News Break, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
