Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Solution Introduction Engineer – Regression and Feature Tester. The role is based in Bellevue, WA, and operates within the Products and Services Readiness team that leads testing and introduction of new radio technology for North American telecom operators.

As a Regression and Feature Test Engineer, you work in the client's radio lab and gain familiarity with the client's radio products (software and hardware) through product testing. You support large customer deployments, validate the functionality of the latest radio products, and detect and correct faults before network‑wide rollouts. You may also work on automation projects to improve the testing process.

• Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customer lab facilities and first‑market applications.
• Demonstrate new functionality and software/hardware capabilities.
• Execute proof‑of‑concept activities with customers for pre‑commercial products and next‑generation radio access technology equipment.
• Support client NPI projects, including integration, configuration, feature testing, troubleshooting, and testing on roadmap portfolio items for BBU (baseband units) and radios across different technologies and bands.
• Resolve technical issues and serve as point of contact for the Customer Project Manager, customers, and PDU throughout the project.
• Participate in lab testing, working closely with the CPM and customers to define scope of work, resource plans, and timelines.
• Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance of feature testing and act as a liaison between customers and the client.
• Perform risk assessment, troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems in existing networks.
