Opportunity
We’re seeking a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud‑native infrastructure. You’ll be the hands‑on technical expert driving reliability, scalability, and performance across our distributed systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on AI‑powered healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities- Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure.
- Design and implement containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
- Build and manage infrastructure‑as‑code pipelines using Terraform or ARM templates.
- Implement structured logging, metrics, and alerting for observability and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to align infrastructure with product needs.
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and resilience.
- Lead root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reviews for infrastructure‑related issues.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory standards.
- Drive automation across the infrastructure stack to eliminate toil and accelerate deployments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, secure code delivery.
- Contribute to cloud cost forecasting and optimization strategies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platform.
- Located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid onsite at our Bellevue office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5‑8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or a related role.
- Deep expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, including networking and security.
- Experience with Databricks, data lakes, and high‑throughput data architectures is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and virtualization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Knowledge of system security practices, identity/access management, and data encryption.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
- Healthcare experience, especially with RCM systems, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Base Salary Range: $155,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
