The Product Manager for People Technology (People Tech) will own and scale the platforms, integrations, and automation that power the employee lifecycle - spanning HRIS

, learning, compensation, and performance - as well as cross‑functional workflows with Finance, Security, IT, and Analytics. This role drives product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across critical People Tech systems and integrations, elevating employee experience, data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. A cohesive People Tech roadmap that aligns HRIS
, ATS
, and IAM capabilities with business outcomes across hire‑to‑retire, including onboarding, access provisioning, and data governance. Examples include systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta where appropriate.
- High‑quality automation and integrations (e.g., using platforms such as Workato/Boomi) that reduce manual effort and improve lifecycle SLAs across HR, IT, and Security.
- Clear reliability, observability, and support standards for People Tech integrations and workflows, including error handling, runbooks, and compliance‑ready evidence management.
- Pragmatic controls and audit readiness for People Tech systems aligned to frameworks like SOX and SOC 2, in partnership with Finance and Security.
- Define and own the People Tech product vision, strategy, and roadmap across core platforms and integrations (HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, L&D, Compensation, Performance), partnering closely with HR, IT, Security, and Finance.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery: discovery, requirements, scoping, prioritization, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement for enterprise People Tech systems.
- Drive lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, payroll/benefits data flows, and manager self‑service—leveraging modern integration platforms (e.g., Workato) and APIs.
- Partner with HRIS and Systems Engineering to implement secure, reliable integrations across platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and collaboration suites; ensure IAM alignment with privacy and least‑privilege practices.
- Establish telemetry, monitoring, and incident workflows for People Tech jobs (data syncs, approvals, downstream feeds), with strong documentation and operational playbooks.
- Collaborate with Security/Compliance to design pragmatic controls (access, change, configuration, logging) and support quarterly reviews and audit evidence for People Tech.
- Champion user experience and self‑service—streamline HR partner, manager, and employee workflows through intuitive UI, automation, and GenAI augmentation where appropriate.
- Define success metrics (adoption, SLA, data quality, effort reduction), publish dashboards, and communicate status and impact to leadership and stakeholders.
- 5‑10 years of product management experience, including enterprise applications or People Tech/HR Technology; proven ownership of complex, cross‑functional product areas.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS, ATS, and IAM domains and processes (HCM, advanced compensation, benefits/payroll, recruiting, access provisioning, manager self‑service).
- Familiarity with platforms and integrations common to People Tech, such as Workday (HCM, integrations), Greenhouse (ATS), Okta (IAM), and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Workato/Boomi).
