Design, build, and operate the storage and compute systems that support enterprise analytics and AI workloads. Own the data lake and clustered compute environments, build observability and performance frameworks, and ensure the data infrastructure is secure, efficient, and self‑healing.

• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Helm, with deep understanding of container orchestration and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Go, Rust, Python, C++, C#, or Java.
• 3+ years of scripting experience in Python or Bash for automation and operational tooling.
• Strong understanding of data storage, distributed compute, and service reliability principles.
• Experience with Prometheus, Alert manager, and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
• Experience administering scaled deployments of Spark, Ray, Kafka, Flink, or similar on Kubernetes is preferred.

• Familiarity with large‑scale observability and performance frameworks.
• Experience implementing automation for deployment, monitoring, and capacity management.

Base salary range: $109,000 – $160,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is determined based on experience, knowledge, and market location.
