About

The Role

Are you ready to shape the future of cloud computing? Core Weave is revolutionizing the industry by integrating cutting-edge GPU technology with the fastest, most adaptable infrastructure. We seek Solutions Architects with expertise in Kubernetes, Machine Learning Operations, Distributed Training/Inference, or Networking Engineering.

In this role, you will demonstrate thought leadership, engage hands-on with customers, and influence our product development. You will help establish Kubernetes environments, develop proofs of concept, onboard clients, and optimize workloads. You will also collaborate closely with our engineering team, providing field insights and contributing to our product roadmap.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring their success with Core Weave's cloud infrastructure.
  • Understand customer needs to create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions.
  • Lead proofs of concept to demonstrate solution value.
  • Lead technical discussions, presentations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with our Kubernetes product and engineering teams to suggest improvements.
  • Provide insights on product features and performance, influencing strategy.
  • Review and optimize customer workloads regularly.
  • Stay updated on trends in Kubernetes, cloud computing, and infrastructure.
  • Lead R&D efforts for emerging products, delivering prototypes and insights.
  • Represent Core Weave at industry events, with occasional travel.
Who You Are
  • Proven experience as a solutions architect or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing and hands-on experience designing cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to analyze and develop creative solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Interested in Core Weave's offerings or similar cloud platforms.
  • Experience with large-scale AI/ML workloads on Slurm and Kubernetes.
  • Familiar with NVIDIA GPUs, Infiniband, and NCCL technologies.

Our compensation ranges from $190,000 to $215,000, based on experience and location. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, wellness benefits, parental leave, childcare support, 401(k), flexible PTO, and a casual work environment.

Our Workplace

We support a hybrid work environment, with remote options for qualified candidates outside 30 miles of an office. New hires will attend onboarding at a nearby hub within their first month, with quarterly team gatherings.
