Join our dynamic team in Bellevue, WA as a Cloud Operations Engineer. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our SaaS infrastructure across AWS and GCP, collaborating closely with our global development team to ensure seamless service delivery, robust data monitoring, and stringent security compliance.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of AWS and GCP‑based applications and services (EC2, S3, RDS, EMR, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Perform system maintenance, including software updates, security patching, and backups.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Utilize monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch/Stackdriver) to meet SLAs and proactively troubleshoot incidents.
• Implement and manage security controls for a multi‑cloud architecture, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Administer configuration management with Ansible, support Jamf MDM, and develop automation scripts in Python and Shell.
• Collaborate with global development and support teams across multiple time zones.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud operations and systems administration.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Extensive experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes), databases (Mongo
  
  DB, RDS), load balancers, and cloud storage (S3, GCS).
• Proven experience with AWS and GCP services, including EC2, S3, RDS, EMR.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch/Stackdriver).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual Chinese/English highly desired.

• On‑site position in Bellevue, WA.
• Occasional on‑call duties and after‑hours support.

• Vacation: 5 days per year (starting at 5 days).
