• Work on problems of limited scope, receiving detailed instructions on all work.
• Engage on billable assignments to provide support, advice, and guidance on the correct application of services solutions or techniques.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using standard methods, techniques, and tools.
• Handle assignments of varying complexity ranging from basic analysis and problem solving to developing recommendations for complete business solutions or technical applications.
• Build stable working relationships internally.
• Improve verbal and written communication skills.
• Be viewed by clients as a consultant.
• Work under the general supervision of a senior consultant or higher‑level AST employee.
• Performance is typically evaluated based on the quality of work product, verbal and written communication, and utilization.
• Be subject to AST billing rates, productivity, utilization, and total chargeability metrics; only billable/direct client‑chargeable employees are placed in this role.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse group of people.
• Effective collaboration with customers, PMO, onsite & offshore teams.
• Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, and collaborate as a team member willing to help where needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptation to new projects quickly with a can‑do, jump‑right‑in attitude.
• 4‑year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel per project and organizational needs.
