YourRole and Responsibilities
- Work on problems of limited scope, receiving detailed instructions on all work.
- Engage on billable assignments to provide support, advice, and guidance on the correct application of services solutions or techniques.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using standard methods, techniques, and tools.
- Handle assignments of varying complexity ranging from basic analysis and problem solving to developing recommendations for complete business solutions or technical applications.
- Build stable working relationships internally.
- Improve verbal and written communication skills.
- Be viewed by clients as a consultant.
- Work under the general supervision of a senior consultant or higher‑level AST employee.
- Performance is typically evaluated based on the quality of work product, verbal and written communication, and utilization.
- Be subject to AST billing rates, productivity, utilization, and total chargeability metrics; only billable/direct client‑chargeable employees are placed in this role.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse group of people.
- Effective collaboration with customers, PMO, onsite & offshore teams.
- Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, and collaborate as a team member willing to help where needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptation to new projects quickly with a can‑do, jump‑right‑in attitude.
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel per project and organizational needs.
