Job Title: Service Now Architect - OMT
Position Type: Contract

Compensation: $80-100/hr
Location: 100% REMOTE
Responsibilities/Requirements:- As a Service Now Architect, you will be responsible for working closely with Client Enterprise Service Now architect, leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Act as a bridge between Business and Technology stakeholders.
- Create System design, High Level Design, Low Level Design and user stories in line with business requirement and accounting platform architecture.
- Experience in analyzing data, migrating more sites / applications to Service Now platform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Experience with OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer.
- Governance and change control for enhancements.
- Interface with domain architects, enterprise architects.
- Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner.
- Analyze requirements.
- Recommend solution options.
- Perform FSD reviews.
- Impact assessments.
- Coordinate development with scrum team.
- Understanding of Service Now data model, tables, workflows.
- Certified CSA, CAD, CIS.
- CTA and / or CMA a plus.
- Develop innovative solutions using Service Now Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Service Now Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
- Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Service Now Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.
Skills:
- Over 12 years of experience in Service Now.
- Over 3 years of recent experience as a Service Now Architect.
- Experience in Telecom specific module experience OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer is Mandatory.
- No generic Service Now experience is considered.
