AWS Infrastructure Services designs, plans, delivers, and operates AWS’ global infrastructure. As an integral part of the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement team, you will manage broker operations and lead the development of next‑generation customs processes to ensure seamless hardware delivery across North and South America.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and continuously improve brokerage operations and processes.
- Interface with internal and external partners to identify and close gaps during export/import.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end global customs broker management, including country assessments and compliance criteria.
- Drive trade planning and execution for AWS sites and new programs.
- Manage brokers and clearance processes across existing and expanding locations.
- Analyze import/export trends to identify process improvements.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline operations.
- Prepare data‑driven business reviews for senior management focused on service‑level enhancements.
The AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) Brokerage Team manages customs brokers and third‑party Importer of Record (IOR) providers for AWS datacenters, offices, EDGE sites, and customer locations worldwide. Responsibilities include onboarding new brokers, establishing rates and KPIs, ensuring SLAs, mitigating delays, and identifying delivery efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of procurement, supply‑chain, inventory, contract, lease, or operations experience.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, global contract management, and process improvement.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python.
- Experience in global supply‑chain management and leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- 4+ years of program, project, or product management or leading product implementation.
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies.

Compensation
Base pay ranges from $71,500 to $153,000 annually, depending on location. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
