We are seeking a highly skilled ML/Ops or Dev Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance machine learning (ML) and operational infrastructure, focusing on automation, efficiency, and optimization. You will play a key role in enabling smooth deployment pipelines for AI/ML models and ensuring seamless integration within our telecom systems.
Your contributions will be critical in advancing our infrastructure’s reliability and our machine learning workflows.
- ML/Ops Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and frameworks for production-level deployment in the telecom environment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML teams to automate the training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize model performance in real-time production systems.
- Develop robust data pipelines for continuous data ingestion, transformation, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements related to telecom data and AI/ML models.
- Dev Ops Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient release and deployment of applications and models.
- Implement and manage system monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
- Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and security teams to enhance infrastructure and deployment practices.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities across systems.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, network engineers, and AI specialists, to integrate Dev Ops and ML processes seamlessly.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for network and system issues, identifying potential areas of improvement in operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
, Telecommunications
, Electrical Engineering
, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in Dev Ops, ML/Ops, or a combination of both, preferably within the telecom industry.
- Strong hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab, Circle
CI) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation
. - Proficiency with Kubernetes
, Docker
, and container orchestration for large‑scale deployments. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
, Azure
, or GCP in managing telecom‑related workloads. Azure is Preferred. - Solid understanding of telecom protocols (e.g., VoIP, LTE, 5G) and network services (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with machine learning model deployment (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn) and ML frameworks
. - Familiarity with telecom‑related applications such as network optimization

, or customer analytics is a plus. - Knowledge of security best practices in Dev Ops and cloud environments, particularly within the telecom industry.
