• Gather and store data, perform batch or real‑time processing, and serve via an API to data scientists who can query it easily.
• Work closely with data architects and data scientists to determine appropriate data management systems and needed data for analysis.
• Address challenges associated with database integration and messy, unstructured data sets.
• Recognize and address complex functional problems and anticipate potential problems and trends to inform proactive decisions.
• Integrate multiple data sources to conduct thorough analyses, forming the basis for solutions.
• Streamline complex workflows by simplifying task management and improving inter‑departmental coordination, leading to faster project completion.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects to solve complex challenges.
• Apply new and emerging tools and technologies to drive innovative solutions.
• Drive initiatives to automate key processes, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors across the team.

• Exhibit autonomy in leading initiatives beyond the department, influencing project outcomes, and driving significant contributions to organizational success.
• Make informed decisions regarding project direction, resource allocation, and timelines with limited supervision.

Non‑Degree Program

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Power BI, One Lake).
• Experience with Azure Data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS).
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and analytics architectures.
• Experience working in client‑facing or consulting environments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
