Xnurta is looking for a Marketing Team Lead, Growth to own and scale our inbound growth engine. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for strategy, execution, and team leadership across the channels that drive awareness, demand, pipeline, and revenue.
You will lead a small but high‑impact growth team and function as the architect of our inbound motion setting strategy, prioritizing investments, and ensuring disciplined execution across ABM, website, organic and paid experiences, PR, sponsor ships, and long‑form digital content. You’ll work closely with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, Creative, and the executive team to ensure inbound marketing is tightly aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment, enjoys collaborating across functions, and is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
Key Responsibilities Inbound Growth Strategy & Leadership- Own Xnurta’s inbound growth strategy end‑to‑end, translating company revenue goals into channel strategies, budgets, and quarterly plans.
- Define the inbound roadmap across ABM, paid, organic, website, PR, and content.
- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms for the inbound growth function.
- Balance near‑term pipeline impact with long‑term brand and demand creation.
- Directly lead and mentor the current inbound and content team.
- Set clear expectations, goals, and development plans for direct reports.
- Ensure high‑quality execution while leveling up team capabilities over time.
- Manage and scale contractor and agency relationships across paid media, PR, influencers, SEO, and content.
- Partner with Sales and Rev Ops to design and execute ABM programs for target accounts.
- Oversee paid and organic campaigns across Linked In and other digital channels.
- Ensure campaign execution is aligned to ICPs, buyer journeys, and revenue stages.
- Optimize spend and tactics based on pipeline performance and ROI.

- Guide landing page strategy, UX optimization, and experimentation.
