Sr. Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dev Ops practices, cloud infrastructure, and Salesforce platform management. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient Dev Ops processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment, and enhancing our Salesforce infrastructure.

• Design, implement, and manage Dev Ops pipelines and automation processes to support Salesforce development and operations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline the release management process and improve deployment efficiency.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Salesforce DX and Copado.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, integration, and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and infrastructure automation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Dev Ops engineers and assist in their professional development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Dev Ops and Salesforce ecosystems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dev Ops with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development tools, including Salesforce DX and Copado.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are highly desirable.
