Capacity Planner, CPU – Core Weave
Join the Core Weave team as a CPU Capacity Planner II and help scale our AI‑driven compute infrastructure. You’ll forecast demand, model supply, and coordinate deployments across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
What You’ll Do- Forecast and model CPU capacity demand for data center growth.
- Coordinate supply and deployment execution with cross‑functional teams.
- Optimize cost, performance, and operational efficiency of compute infrastructure.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- 5‑7 years of experience in capacity planning, hardware planning, or supply/demand forecasting—ideally with CPU, server, or semiconductor products.
- Strong understanding of CPU architectures and performance metrics.
- Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or Python; data visualization experience in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience coordinating large‑scale deployments with Data Center Operations.
- Scenario‑based forecasting and what‑if modeling expertise.
- Proven cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and ability to present data clearly.
- Preferred: experience with CPU SKU planning, silicon lifecycle management, or supplier coordination.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $122,000 – $163,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, flexible PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Location:
Bellevue, WA (remote possible for candidates >30 miles from an office).
