We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of innovative retail technology solutions. This role will lead the definition, development, and optimization of products that power core retail operations and customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep retail domain expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to align cross-functional teams—engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders—to deliver scalable and future-ready solutions.

You will own technical requirements, roadmap execution, and product performance, ensuring seamless delivery across fast-paced retail environments.

• Identify and define technical product requirements:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Create technical product specifications:
  Document product functionality, user experience, and system requirements.
• Coordinate/Manage product development:
  Ensure products are built according to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Track product performance:
  Use data analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical product roadmaps:
  Manage product releases and prioritize feature implementation.

• Extensive experience in the retail environment.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools to automate the software release process
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS/Azure for deploying and managing backend systems
• Understanding how to design and implement microservices to create scalable and maintainable systems
• Experience in designing, developing, and consuming APIs to enable communication between different system
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth and JWT, to secure API endpoints
• Communication and leadership:
  Excellent problem-solving and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $100k/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120k/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
