Level Up Our Gaming Brand! Creative Program Manager Wanted! Are you a nimble planner who orchestrates roadmaps like a master raid leader? We're seeking a Program Manager who can coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver player-focused experiences for our gaming brand. If you excel at turning complex work streams into scalable mechanisms with achievable milestones and can balance stakeholder needs like a perfectly spec'd character build, this could be your epic next quest.

You'll be the planning mastermind behind marketing initiatives, coordinating between creative, technical, and business teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. Your expertise in agile methodologies and program management strategy will help level up our execution and drive meaningful results.

What you'll be orchestrating:

* Cross-functional collaboration between design, copy, engineering, and marketing teams

* Sprint planning and agile ceremonies that keep projects moving at the speed of gaming

* Data-driven decision-making processes that optimize our program performance

* Resource allocation and timeline management across multiple concurrent projects

* Roadmaps that align with our gaming brand's mission and goals

Required Stats:

* 5+ years of project or program management experience (2+ years in gaming or tech industry)

* Strong track record of managing successful creative programs

* Expert-level proficiency with project management tools (Air Table, Monday, etc.)

* Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

* Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks

Bonus

Skills:

* Experience with gaming platforms and ecosystems

* Understanding of UX/UI design principles

* Data analytics and A/B testing expertise

* Familiarity with design systems and creative workflows

* Experience with localization and global product launches
