UX Writer, Delivery Experience

Contract role providing services to Amazon through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Amazon.

This role demands both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, requiring you to balance big‑picture content strategy with meticulous attention to detail in every word that appears on screen.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging UX content with an emphasis on ecommerce best practices
• Lead content strategy across highly complex, high‑profile initiatives
• Curate, test, and manage internal AI tools for UX writing support
• Use data‑driven audience insights and internal feedback to test and iterate content
• Scale impact through partner education and formal documentation of UX writing best practices
• Collaborate with UX designers to create best‑in‑class ecommerce experiences that localize well across diverse global audiences
• Partner with researchers, product managers, engineers, and other cross‑functional teams to create easy and joyful shopping experiences
• Enhance and refine processes, frameworks, AI writing assistants, and other documentation to help scale UX writing within the design team

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with focus on clarity and conciseness
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop comprehensive content strategies
• Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and user experience principles
• Data analysis skills to interpret audience insights and inform content decisions
• Experience with localization and creating content for global audiences
• Proficiency in testing and iterating content based on user feedback
• Ability to manage and evaluate AI‑powered writing tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams
• Process development and documentation expertise

• 7+ years of professional UX writing experience
• B2C ecommerce experience highly preferred
