D365 Technical Functional Consultant – Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)

• Provide expert-level support and consulting on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) modules.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of D365 F&SCM licensing models, ensuring accurate alignment with business and compliance needs.
• Manage and monitor license reporting and usage analysis through Power Platform Admin Center.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform configuration, customization, and integration within D365 F&SCM.
• Work with development teams to design and deploy system enhancements, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post‑deployment issue resolution.
• Maintain and update documentation on D365 configurations, licensing, and reporting processes.
• Provide user training and guidance to ensure efficient system usage and adherence to governance standards.

• Strong hands‑on experience as a D365 F&SCM Technical Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (F&SCM) licensing models and license reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Power Platform Admin Center for license and environment management.
• Excellent understanding of core D365 F&SCM modules, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Production.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for business and technical collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize D365 configurations and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with D365 upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops for D365 solution management.
