Required Skills- 5+ years of experience with Absence Management consultant experience with team leadership experience and ability.
- Experience with other People Soft HCM Modules
- Ability to explain critical integration intra- and inter touch-points of the respective application and HCM modules
- Ability to follow an implementation methodology and produce high quality work-products
- Ability to capture business requirements and end to end business processes with clients.
- Experience with configuration and testing of Absence Management module.
