IT Project Management

Overview

Lead and manage the monthly onboarding of 6 software titles for the Software Asset Management (SAM) Program, ensuring each title is thoroughly evaluated for compliance, licensing, and security requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT Security to coordinate onboarding activities, gather necessary documentation, and facilitate approvals. Oversee the end-to-end onboarding workflow from initial request through deployment, including the transition from the current manual process to future automated tracking in Service Now.

Drive operational improvements, cost savings, and process automation.

• Manage onboarding an average of 6 software titles per month
• Support HAM activities
• Coordinate with software owners, vendors, and IT Security
• Maintain SAM documentation, including internal team documentation and user-facing knowledge
• Prepare program reports and presentations
• Document requirements for automating onboarding tracking in Service Now; lead transition from manual to automated workflow

• Project management experience in IT and/or asset management
• Previous experience in Software Asset Management and Service Now preferred
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with Service Now, SAM, HAM, and software deployment preferred
