A large utility company is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to drive employee growth and technical proficiency. This role requires adaptability and strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences. Key responsibilities include developing training materials, refining content approaches, and hosting calls to support employee learning. The ideal candidate will assist with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 adoption, ensuring teams can navigate new tools with confidence.

Additionally, this position involves delivering engaging demos that provide hands‑on, practical learning.

• 5+ years' experience creating training tools, creating training roadmap, dealing with a variety of business groups
• Experience with a MSFT stack rollout/implementation, specifically One Drive
• Ability to translate technical terms into digestible information
