As a Tech Integrations Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of technical solutions that enable Amazon to move products quickly and cost-effectively from overseas suppliers into our fulfillment network.

This role combines deep technical expertise in Middleware systems with program management capabilities, offering the opportunity to reshape how global commerce operates at unprecedented scale across multiple geographies.

Key job responsibilities

Your day involves reviewing integration performance metrics, troubleshooting data transmission issues, designing solutions for new carrier onboarding requirements, and leading technical discussions about system architecture.

You will balance multiple priorities, from responding to urgent production issues to planning long-term platform enhancements. Internal stakeholders include Global Logistics operations teams, software engineers, product managers, and business intelligence analysts.

Your customers are both internal teams who rely on seamless data flow and external logistics partners who integrate with Amazon's systems. You will solve problems related to data accuracy, system reliability, integration scalability, and process automation.
