We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft SharePoint and end-user technical support. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and general IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft SharePoint issues, including site access, permissions, document libraries, file sharing, and synchronization.
- Support SharePoint Online, site collections, lists, libraries, and page-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, One Drive, and other Office applications.
- Resolve Windows OS, laptop, desktop, printer, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Create, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as Service Now.
- Assist users with account access, permissions, and basic Active Directory issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate incident records.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and troubleshooting user issues.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with SharePoint permissions, document libraries, lists, and file sharing.
- Knowledge of One Drive, Teams, Windows 10/11, and desktop support.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as Service Now or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
