Endpoint

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in endpoint management and end-user IT support. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and endpoint security solutions in an enterprise environment.

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system, application, hardware, and device connectivity issues.
• Manage endpoint configuration, software installation, patching, and updates.
• Support endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or similar platforms.
• Assist with device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot endpoint security, antivirus, encryption, and compliance-related issues.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , user accounts, and device access.
• Resolve VPN, Wi‑Fi, LAN, and other connectivity issues.
• Create, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as Service Now.
• Maintain endpoint inventory, device records, and configuration documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.

• Strong hands-on experience in endpoint support and desktop troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and enterprise endpoint environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or other endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of software deployment, patch management, and device configuration.
• Understanding of endpoint security, antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , and networking.
• Experience with Service Now or similar IT ticketing tools.
