We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of large-scale software and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, Agile program leadership, and stakeholder management to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate has a solid background in software engineering, Agile delivery, product execution, and enterprise-scale program management.

You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, architecture, and leadership teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable outcomes.

• Lead multiple Agile teams and delivery streams simultaneously.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through deployment and post-release support.
• Establish project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and blockers.
• Provide executive-level reporting, delivery metrics, and status updates.
• Ensure alignment across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product and technical roadmaps.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Balance competing priorities and maintain focus on business outcomes.
• Champion Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, architects, and technical leaders.
• Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and technical dependencies.
• Drive adherence to SDLC best practices and modern software delivery frameworks.
• Support solution design discussions and guide technical decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and release readiness reviews.
• Manage Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and delivery metrics.
• Monitor team capacity, velocity, dependencies, and delivery health.
• Use data-driven insights to improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery performance.
