The IT department is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to manage and enhance our SaaS-based Collaboration and Endpoint Management platforms. This role is crucial for the configuration, integration, administration, and support of key tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Office
365, Confluence, Jira, Okta, Jamf, and Intune. You will ensure these platforms are secure, scalable, and optimized, playing a vital role in automating workflows, protecting sensitive data, and mitigating security risks.### Responsibilities
* Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS platforms.
* Implement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints using Jamf and Intune.
* Manage the lifecycle of core collaboration and endpoint management platforms.
* Develop automation scripts and workflows to enhance administrative efficiency and user experience.
* Monitor system health, performance, and usage, proactively resolving or escalating issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Engineering, HR, Legal) to ensure proper alignment and integration of SaaS tools.
* Perform system investigations and discovery for Legal and HR requests.
* Assist in vendor management and product evaluations.
* Drive solutions and project work, including onboarding new applications for single sign-on.
* Develop and maintain technical operating procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.
* Work closely with the Security team to implement security best practices.
* Provide Tier 3 IT support.## Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS Collaboration tools and managing Mac and Windows endpoints.
* Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security principles, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
* Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and permission models across core SaaS applications.
* Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Power Shell, Okta Workflows).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
