Senior Technical Program Manager

The Senior Technical Program Manager is accountable for the planning and execution of medium-complexity technical programs that span technical teams and domains. As a Senior TPM, you will work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to coordinate the delivery across cross-functional teams and manage resources to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes. You will ensure that all non-functional requirements (such as reliability, scalability, security, etc.)

are documented, incorporated into plans, tracked, and executed appropriately. You will be responsible for assisting with vendor coordination and management, assessing program needs and collaboratively identifying improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, excellent program management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common business goals.

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs, from initial concept through delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, and executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain programming roadmaps, scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adapting as needed to meeting evolving requirements.
• Monitor program health, identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with Procurement to negotiate vendor contracts, review areas of risk, and assist with vendor coordination and management.
• Work with teams to clarify goals and deliverables, bring data to planning and prioritization.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, facilitating alignment and ensuring seamless integration of deliverables.
• Coordinate post-launch activities, including monitoring adoption, collecting feedback, and driving follow-up actions to enhance outcomes.
• Work with the Product team to identify KPIs and success metrics, collect and analyze data; make information visible to all stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other program managers, promoting best practices, and driving process improvements

• Experience:
  
  7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs.
