Outside Property Claim Associate

• Salary range of $52,600.00 - $86,800.00

• Participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claims processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to positive experiences for insureds and claimants
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
