OverviewYou’ll support Epic’s growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. Responsibilities include negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with US and international legal frameworks, and managing litigation. Your level of responsibility will grow as you build expertise in the rapidly evolving healthcare technology industry.
Responsibilities- Negotiate license and service agreements.
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
- Manage litigation matters.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and creative problem‑solving ability.
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
- Motivation to learn about intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
- Relocation to Madison, WI; fully reimbursed.
