Supply Chain Manager

Join Media Advantage Corp as a Supply Chain Manager and own the unglamorous, high-leverage work of making operations measurably better every month. The whole arrangement rewards initiative — $146,000 - $217,000 to start, business ownership throughout, and Media Advantage Corp backing every step.

• Stitch together CILT and Warehouse Management workflows that used to run on email
• Champion process improvements that scale with Media Advantage Corp growth
• Run the comparison that ends the build-versus-partner debate for good
• Negotiate vendor terms that look client-focused on paper and hold up in practice
• Pressure-test new market entries before Media Advantage Corp commits real budget
• Author the playbook so the next Supply Chain Manager doesn't start from a blank page
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Negotiate partnerships that open new revenue channels

• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output
• Comfort with a Media Advantage Corp pace that rarely sits still
• Ability to learn new business systems quickly and apply them effectively
