As a Senior HSE Manager, you will lead a team of HSE and administrative professionals, providing supervision, mentorship, and motivation. You will develop project‑specific HSE plans, review subcontractor hazard assessments, support operational and construction readiness reviews, and participate in management system reviews and other relevant forums. You will serve as a primary subject‑matter expert on all HSE topics, ensuring alignment with LOB HSE strategic plans and objectives.

This geographically flexible position in the U.S. allows up to 50% anticipated travel.

• At least 10 years of professional HSE experience
• Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on health, safety, environmental sciences, or engineering
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Background in the semiconductor industry
• Experience managing and conducting safety and leadership training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Demonstrated interpersonal and personnel management skills
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and federal, state, and local agency requirements
• Ideal:
  Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation or equivalent
