We’re looking for an experienced, collaborative Sr. Project Manager – Healthcare who thrives when people are in sync and projects run on time and within budget.
Based at a client site in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, WA), you’ll report directly to the Manager of Projects and work alongside other construction project managers. You’ll be responsible for overall project delivery and for managing the project development from conception through completion in adherence to program objectives. You’ll provide construction oversight to OARs and resolve complex healthcare construction issues, disputes, and disagreements.
As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll ensure progress and technical performance, as well as material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team.

Here’s what you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management or other related program.
- 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization with a strong healthcare background.
- Proven healthcare buildings construction experience.
- Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM‑Lean, DBIA Professional, PMP, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification.
