We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager candidate that will be responsible for inspiring, leading, and overseeing the restaurant and team members on an on-going basis. In order to achieve this goal, the General Manager is responsible for ensuring that employees are being developed, working together as a team, behaving professionally, providing great service to our guests and making our product with precision.

In addition, the General Manager is responsible for marketing to our guests and achieving their financial targets while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities

The General Manager will:

  • Inspire, lead, and oversee the restaurant and team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop employees, foster teamwork, maintain professional behavior, and ensure excellent guest service.
  • Ensure product quality and precision in preparation.
  • Market to guests and work toward achieving financial targets while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Requirements

Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Minimum 2 years General Manager or Assistant Manager experience.
  • Experienced in food and labor cost management.
  • Positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism in dealing with team members, the public and support staff.
  • Good time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively to all levels of employees within the company.
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy.
Salary Range & Benefits
  • Starting salary range is $38k to $42k depending upon experience.
  • OUTSTANDING QUALITY OF LIFE STANDARDS – 40-45 hours per week, no late nights, few weekends!
