It’s been an honor for ICE MONSTER to have offered high quality, delicate shaved-ice desserts to locals alike and travelers from around the world over the past 25 years.

Position
We are looking for a Store Manager to supervise daily operations in our retail store front. As a Store Manager, we expect you to coordinate and manage crew members and products according to food safety standards and company set expectations.
Responsibilities
Managing crew members and coordinating ordersSupervising fruit preparations, ice desserts, and hot dessert preparationsChecking product quality and tasteManaging ingredient inventoryTraining new staffManaging schedules for all crew membersWorking with Operations manager to ensure flow of goods from the central kitchen in SeattleTracking store finances to identify areas of potential waste/labor issuesMonitor and follow cleaning standards for the store and verify that staff are maintaining sanitation protocolsExecuting the POS and all of its functionsOverall communication with Operations Manager and Kitchen ManagerSkills and Qualifications
Strong background in the food & beverage industry and retail experienceStrong leadership skillsInterpersonal skillsAttention to detailFinancial understandingPhysical stamina to withstand an entire shift potentially on your feetPreferably to have experience in the field of ice desserts/beveragesStrong background in POS systems and inventory management#J-18808-Ljbffr
