Walmarttosecurelyunify,govern,andactivatecustomerdataandidentityacrosstheenterprise.
Thisteamdrivestrusted,personalized,andintelligentcustomerexperiencesatscalebyleveragingadvancedprogrammanagement,technical design,andstakeholderengagement.
Memberscollaborateacrossfunctionstodevelopandimplementinnovativesolutionsthatenhancecustomeroutcomesacrosstheenterprise.
Theteamfostersacultureofcontinuousimprovement,data-driven decision-making,andleadershiptodeliverimpactfulprogramsalignedwithbusinessgoalsandcustomerneeds.
- Leadthedevelopmentandexecutionofcomplextechnicalprogramsacrossmultipleteams,ensuringalignmentwithenterprisegoalsandstrategies.
- Defineandimplementprogramframeworks,identifyingsynergiesandeliminatingredundanciestooptimizeresourceutilization.
- Collaboratewithstakeholderstobuildconsensusonbusinessandtechnologysolutions,addressingdependenciesandperformancechallenges.
- Overseesystemdesignandarchitecturedecisions,ensuring scalability,reliability,andadherencetostandards.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementbyscoutingindustrybestpracticesandintegratingautomationtoenhanceefficiency.
- Manageandmentorteammembersontechnicalandprogrammanagementpracticestofosterhighperformance.
- Communicateprogramstatusandriskseffectivelytoexecutiveleadershipandcross-functional partners.
- Extensive experience in program and project management, including development and implementation of complex, large-scale strategic programs.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple teams and executive levels.
- Strong technical expertise in system design, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in risk management, resource optimization, and financial oversight within program life cycles.
- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights and unify teams around shared goals.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
