Swing Shift – Scanner

Shift: Swing (Mon–Fri)

Role: Scanner / Digital Production

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Job Summary: Responsible for scanning, digitizing, and preparing documents for production. Ensures accuracy, quality control, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced print/production environment.

Key Duties:

• Scan paper documents into digital format
• Ensure image quality and correct file naming
• Prepare, sort, and organize documents
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs
• Production or print-shop experience preferred but not required

Shift: Swing

Role: Cutter/Trimmer

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Job Summary: Operates cutting and trimming machines for print materials. Ensures accuracy, safe operation, and high-quality output.

Key Duties:

• Operate guillotine cutters and trimmers
• Measure materials and verify cut accuracy
• Set up machines, adjust blades, and perform safety checks
• Organize finished materials for packaging
• Track production orders and follow job tickets
• Follow all safety and equipment guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience operating cutting/trimming equipment preferred
• Ability to read measurements with accuracy
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail

Shift: Weekends (Sat–Sun)

Role: Warehouse / Production Support

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr

Job Summary: Supports the warehouse team with receiving, staging, material handling, and general production tasks.

Key Duties:

• Load/unload materials
• Move stock between departments
• Stage materials for jobs
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Use pallet jacks, carts, or walkies (training provided)
• Keep warehouse clean and organized

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Good reliability for weekend hours
• Warehouse experience preferred

Shift: Weekends (Sat–Sun)

Role: Cutter/Trimming Operator

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr

Job Summary: Operates cutting equipment to support weekend print production.

Key Duties:

• Operate cutters and trimmers
• Measure and verify cut accuracy
• Organize and stage finished products
• Follow job tickets and production instructions
• Maintain workplace safety

Requirements:

• Ability to read measurements
• Comfortable around cutting machinery
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience preferred but training available

Shift: Graveyard / Overnight

Role: Document Scanner

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr

Job Summary: Responsible for high-volume scanning and preparing documents for digital conversion on an overnight production schedule.

Key Duties:

• Operate high-volume scanning equipment
• Prep documents (remove staples, organize batches)
• Verify image clarity and correct scanning errors
• Tag, file, and upload digital documents
• Meet nightly production goals
• Maintain equipment and report issues

Requirements:

• Comfortable working overnight
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs
• Basic computer skills

Shift: Graveyard

Role: Warehouse / Production Support

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr

Job Summary: Handles warehouse tasks such as inventory, staging materials, moving production items, and supporting overnight print operations.

Key Duties:

• Receive and move materials
• Stage supplies for production jobs
• Assist in shipping and receiving
• Load/unload pallets or boxes
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness

Requirements:

• Overnight shift readiness
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Basic warehouse experience preferred

Shift: Graveyard / Overnight

Role: Cutter/Trimming Operator

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr

Job Summary: Operates cutting and trimming machines for overnight production, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Key Duties:

• Set up and operate cutting/trimming machinery
• Verify measurements and ensure precision cuts
• Perform basic equipment checks
• Follow production job tickets
• Organize finished goods

Requirements:

• Experience with cutters/trimmers preferred
• Must be detail-oriented
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working overnight
