About

this Role

We’re seeking a Product Innovation Specialist to support the discovery and development of new products through market research, data visualization, and social media/consumer insights. You’ll help identify high-potential product opportunities, shape product positioning, and partner cross-functionally (R&D, marketing, design, operations) to bring ideas from concept to launch. This is a new graduate–friendly role with training and mentorship. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.

Key Responsibilities Product Research & Development

• Research and propose new product opportunities from concept to launch support (supplements, natural therapies, cosmetics, and wellness).
• Translate insights into clear product concepts, unique selling points, and positioning.

Data Analysis & Visualization

• Collect, analyze, and summarize data from internal performance metrics and external research.
• Build clear dashboards/visualizations to support product decisions and track launch performance.

Trend & Social Media Insights

• Monitor emerging trends, competitor movements, and consumer sentiment across major platforms.
• Turn social insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and storytelling.

Scientific / Technical Collaboration (Support)

• Apply foundational knowledge of ingredients, basic chemistry/biology concepts, and product efficacy to support product discussions.
• Coordinate with R&D / technical teams to ensure product claims and features align with quality and compliance expectations.

Market Integration & Communication

• Create product briefs, research summaries, and launch support documents in clear, professional English.
• Present findings and proposals to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with marketing teams to create compelling narratives that highlight product benefits and drive market engagement, particularly within the natural products and wellness markets.

Project Coordination

• Manage timelines, action items, and deliverables across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, marketing, and external partners, to drive product success.

Required

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent marketing-focused education is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in wellness products (dietary supplements, functional foods, natural beauty/cosmetics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin and English.
• Ability to craft compelling product narratives and detailed technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
