Philip J. Boren, Inc. a manufacturer’s sales and marketing agency located in Bellevue, WA is looking for a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as an E-Commerce Marketing Manager.

As the Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of approximately 10–14 manufacturer accounts representing $5–8M+ in annual advertising investment. Amazon Advertising will represent the majority of the role, with additional responsibility for retail media platforms including Walmart Connect and Home Depot. The role will work with vendor partners to understand their Amazon advertising goals, develop winning strategies and execute them.

In addition, the qualified candidate will continue to grow the total managed marketing spend by gaining the buy-in from manufacturers through results. A strong analytical background and the ability to deep dive data and measure the impacts of enhancements is imperative.

This position requires a candidate who can develop diverse strategies from 30-60-90-day launch plans to multi-year marketing strategies. You will need to present these strategies to senior leaders both internally and externally alike, gaining their buy-in and investment into retail media platforms.

• Represent Philip J Boren as a client-facing PPC-advertising SME in regular recurring client meetings, Q ’s, and business-development presentations
• Launch new advertisers from scratch:
  Own the advertiser onboarding process, including educating vendors, presenting tailored advertising plan (budget proposal, campaign selection, etc) and quickly building/launching campaigns set up for success from Day 1
• Take existing Amazon Ads portfolios/campaigns and improve them:
  Maximize campaign efficiency through strategic budget allocation, pacing, keyword research, bid optimization, and competitive analysis
• Understand all PPC advertising principles, for use on other ecommerce channels (Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, Amazon Europe, etc)
• Manage client-facing dashboards and data visualizations to showcase results and support future spend
• Build strong relationships, prove expertise, and facilitate effective communication with a portfolio of manufacturers to deliver performance updates and wins, ultimately generating business growth
• Continuously innovate to deliver scalable solutions that bring value to Philip J. Boren

• 3 to 5 years of industry experience in pay-per-click marketing (Amazon Advertising, Seller Central, and Vendor Central preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to Senior Leadership
• Provide high level of customer service
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Excel data modeling (data visualization competency preferred)
• Strong research acumen and ability to self-teach difficult tasks

Salary range: $79,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary incentive bonus as determined by incentive program guidelines, position eligibility and Senior Management approval.
