Pay range: Hourly $44.40 - $66.60

Overlake Clinics, LLC (OC) is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Pavilion
Primary Care Clinic located in Bellevue. This Clinic Nurse is responsible for caring for patients in collaboration with primary care physicians in high risk patients, chronic conditions, transitional care management, Patient Centered Medical Home and other duties as assigned.

Hours/Shift: 1.0 FTE, Monday - Friday; 4, 10-hour shifts

• Care for patients in collaboration with primary care physicians in high risk patients, chronic conditions, transitional care management, and Patient Centered Medical Home settings as assigned.
• Support ambulatory care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal/people skills.
• Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills.
