Clinic RN Supervisor – Endocrinology, Infectious Disease and Pulmonology Clinics

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a qualified and experienced registered nurse to supervise the clinical support staff (RN, LPNs, MAs and PFT’s) across the Endocrinology, Infectious Disease and Pulmonology outpatient clinics. The role is essential for providing leadership, support and high‑quality patient care within the department.

Salary: $99,258.00 – $

Exempt position
Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings or holidays

• Supervise all back‑office clinical support staff across the designated clinics.

• Plan, organize, maintain and supervise staff work areas and direct the workflow of patient care.

• Implement and execute overall departmental goals in collaboration with the manager/director.

• Provide strong leadership, clear communication, and collaborate with other members of the health‑care team to determine priorities of care.

• Assist the manager in managing services to ensure high‑quality patient care and adherence to budgetary parameters.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; associate nursing degree required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS (depending on location) certification required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
• Experience in Endocrinology, Pulmonology or physician practice setting preferred.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
