Nurse Practitioner

Join as a Nurse Practitioner at IVI RMA GLOBAL and contribute to a premier fertility center in Bellevue. This role requires a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner to deliver high‑quality care in a team‑based setting.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 7am‑3:30pm with rotating weekends and Wednesdays in the Seattle office.

• Obtain detailed medical histories, review medical records, and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Conduct detailed infertility evaluations—including gynecologic exams, procedures, ultrasonography, and mock transfers—and order and interpret laboratory tests.
• Implement "morning monitoring" protocols that include ultrasounds, early pregnancy monitoring, and IUI procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and provide referrals as needed.
• Provide detailed patient counseling and education.
• Serve as liaison between physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑level medical care and continuous improvement.

• Current state license as Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority.
• Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
• MSN or DNP (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• Optional ACLS certification.

• Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
• Availability to work beyond scheduled shifts when patient needs require.

• Proficiency in accessing, inputting, and retrieving information from a computer system.
