How you’ll serve our patients
As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that delivers hands‑on treatment and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:- Ensure efficient and effective unit operations including sufficient supplies and adjust staffing as necessary
- Direct supervisor of nursing team performance of duties
- Responsible for completing monthly audits and checklists
- Assure unit compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements including reviewing and following up on incident reports
- Serve as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures
- Assist teammates with patient care responsibilities including milieu and crisis management
- Provide direct patient care as necessary
- Ensure teammate compliance with competencies, training, and education in conjunction with nurse educator
- State Licensure as an RN
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from four‑year college or university (Preferred)
- 1+ years of Nursing experience (Required)
- Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Compensation starting range for the House Supervisor role is $49.52–$60.21.
Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
