Interim Health Care Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Bellevue, WA. - Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient’s care plan
- Document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans
- Conduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screening
- Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient care
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Contract Type: Per Diem (flexible shifts)
- Shift Schedule: Night shifts available, with options for additional shifts
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required
- Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state
- Certification: Current BLS certification required
- Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred
- Two positive work references
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment; non-smoker preferred
