Transaction Concierge

Overview

Rex Mont, the Top-Reviewed Real Estate Company in WA, seeks a driven and meticulous Transaction Concierge to oversee and manage the transaction process for our valued clients. As our Transaction Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for buyers and sellers from contract to closing.

• Managing 15-20 active transactions per month, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinating and processing all transaction documents, including purchase agreements, addenda, and disclosures.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Scheduling and overseeing inspections, appraisals, and other key milestones.
• Communicating weekly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Reviewing and auditing all transaction paperwork for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Resolving any issues or disputes that arise during the transaction process.
• Ensuring all contingencies are met and guiding clients through the closing process.
• Collaborating with the listing and buyer’s agents to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional client experience.
• Maintaining detailed transaction checklists and ensuring all company standards are met.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
• Supporting the transaction team lead as the second in command.

• Real estate license required; managing broker license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, with $15M+ in closed sales.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a white-glove service mentality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to map out solutions and execute them effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications are a plus but not required.
• Sales background (e.g., real estate agent, transaction coordinator, financial advisor) is a bonus.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in transaction management software and tools.
• Avid learner with a passion for personal and professional growth.

• Monday - Friday (on-call availability after hours and weekends as needed).
