At Vivmark Residential, we create communities that people are proud to call home. We're looking for a Development Manager to help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily and mixed-use developmentprojectsfromconceptthroughcompletion.

The Role:

As a Development Manager, you will play a key role in managing all phases of the development process, including site evaluation, financial analysis, entitlement, design coordination, consultant management, and project execution. You'llworkcloselywithinternalpartnersandexternalstakeholderstomoveprojectsforwardwhilebalancingrisk,schedule,budget,andlong-termvaluecreation. What You'llDo:

Drive Development Projects Managemultifamilyandmixed -usedevelopmentprojectsthroughplanning,entitlement,design,and execution

Prepareandmaintainprojectfinancialmodels,proformas,andinvestmentanalyses

Evaluate market,environmental,engineering,andlandusestudiestosupportdevelopmentdecisions

Identify risks,developmitigationstrategies,andoverseeproject-related contracts

Prepareprojectupdatesandpresentationsforseniorleadershipandinvestmentcommittees Collaboratewithdesignandconstructionteamstoensureprojectsalignwithcompanystandardsandobjectives Build Strategic Relationships Cultivaterelationshipswithmunicipalities ,consultants,brokers,landowners,andindustrypartners

Represent Vivmarkinmeetingswithcommunitystakeholdersandbusinesspartners Supportbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesandidentifynewinvestmentopportunities Lead Consultants and Team Coordination Manageconsultantselectionprocessesandnegotiateserviceagreements Coordinate architects ,engineers,land planners,environmental consultants,andotherprojectpartners

Facilitate cross-functionalprojectmeetings,track milestones,andhelpresolveissuesthatimpactprojectdelivery

Support New Development Opportunities Conductmarketresearch ,demographic analysis,andfeasibilitystudies

Participateinsiteevaluations,acquisitionduediligence,andinvestmentreviews
